Scottish Disclosures processes PVG Checks & Updates as a registered Umbrella Body on behalf of other businesses.
Employers or organisations can request a PVG check through us for individuals performing a 'regulated role' with Children and/or Protected Adults in Scotland.
A PVG check ensures people who are unsuitable to work with children and protected adults cannot work in a regulated role with these vulnerable groups.
An employer or organisation can request a Level 1 Disclosure of their employee for any purpose.
Level 1 Disclosures contain details of any unspent convictions an individual may have.
